In my years of experience, I have found that our daily routines significantly impact our health and well-being, including our emotional, mental and behavioral health. After having my own children and experiencing pelvic floor problems, perinatal and postpartum anxiety, I began my journey into women's health and pelvic rehab, wanting to offer relief for all people. I'm passionate about advocating for women's health, and bringing awareness to pelvic dysfunction, learning from leaders in the field including Herman & Wallace, Essential Pelvic Health, Institute of Birth Healing, the Functional Pelvis Colorectal and Bowel Health, and John Barnes' Women's Health Myofascial Release.
