Dr. Mandi Ogaard is an occupational therapist who is passionate about helping clients find ways to engage in meaningful, daily activities, leading to their health and well-being. She holds her Doctor of Behavioral Health from Arizona State University, Master's of Arts in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California, and has 25 years of experience working with adults in various settings. She took her first myofascial release course over 15 years ago and has since become an advanced-level MFR practitioner. She uses an integrated approach to pain recovery and pelvic health, specializing in John Barnes Myofascial Release, lifestyle medicine, behavioral health, and mind-body approaches to relieve pain and improve pelvic health. She's certified as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) and a certified Restore Your Core® teacher. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband and 3 children, traveling, resistance training, and continuous professional learning. She opened Integrated Therapy in 2021, with a desire for all clients to experience the personal, trauma-informed care she'd give her own family and friends. You'll always receive one-on-one care in a quiet, private space with no machines and no distractions, always with a therapist you can trust.

Dr. Deborah Stafford, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT

Physical Therapist

Deb has 35 years of experience as a physical therapist. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. She graduated from Marquette University with a degree in physical therapy in 1990, a Master's in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland Baltimore in 1998, and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019. Deb is also an adjunct faculty member at Angelo State University's Physical Therapy Program. She and her husband are empty-nesters with two grown daughters. As a military spouse, she has worked in multiple settings around the United States. While Deb is comfortable treating many conditions, she has a special passion for orthopedic injuries and pelvic health and is certified in dry needling. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, visiting her family, lifelong professional learning, and hiking with her fur babies, Bert and Gertie.
